TCES National Online School shortlisted for ‘specialist provision of the year'
TCES National Online School has been shortlisted for 'Specialist Provision of the Year' in the prestigious National TES Awards.
Rounding off a stunning six months for TCES National Online School, today (Friday 3rd May) our online special school has been shortlisted for Specialist Provision of the Year in the prestigious national TES Awards.
Dubbed the ‘Oscars of education’, the TES awards recognise the very best teachers and schools from UK schools and settings.
TCES National Online School Headteacher Kirsten Roy says: ‘In December we were named as the very first online special school in the country to achieve the Department for Education’s online education quality mark. Now, less than six months later, the quality of our provision and the incredible impact we’re having with students who are unable to attend school in person, has been recognised in these national awards. It makes me very proud of the team who work so hard to ensure complex and vulnerable children with SEND are getting the education they deserve.’
