Struggled to talk about his emotions and communicate with people he doesn’t know
High levels of anxiety which impacted his learning and forming new friendships
Adam had a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
Often became disregulated when distressed

Progression

Adam participates enthusiastically in trips and enrichment activities
Shows growing fluency and comprehension with reading and can tackle work independently with confidence
Attends all meetings to step down into TCES East London School, showing significant progress in attendance
Adam has built strong friendships with both adults and peers
Moving into TCES East London School with a growth mindset and embracing his new environment with optimism
