British values assembly at TCES North west london
On Wednesday 22nd November, our North West London School held an engaging assembly that focused on British values and their importance to us as a school community.
The assembly was led by our PCC's Michael Davies and Kiuranha Selbonne. The assembly focused on how we can link our school, family, and home values with the wider world.
We had a great question and answer session after the presentations. One pupil from the Rembrandt class reflected on the recent rise of hate crimes in our wider communities. The pupil spoke about the importance of respecting the values and traditions of other people, even if those values and traditions are different to yours. Another pupil in the Miro class linked British values with our school value of 'mutual respect and appreciation for all'.
Well done to everyone that contributed with their thoughts and reflections.
