We’re welcoming new senior leaders to TCES!
We are pleased to announce the appointments of a new Headteacher and Deputy Headteacher at our TCES North West London School and a new Head of Service at TCES Create Learning.
TCES North West London
Joining us at the end of our 2020/2021 academic year are Mr Ishamar Blake as our new Headteacher and Mr Martyn Rawlinson as Deputy Headteacher.
Mr Blake comes to us from a local authority as a Special Education Needs (SEN) advisor, but he is no stranger to TCES, having originally managed our Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC) unit until 2017 before moving to our TCES East London School as Deputy Headteacher until April 2020.
Mr Rawlinson is also an experienced senior leader with expertise in SEN having worked in schools and local authorities. His roles have included Special Needs Care Coordinator (SENCo), Safeguarding Lead and he is an advocate for inclusive education.
With their combined knowledge and experience, Mr Blake and Mr Rawlinson will be great assets to TCES North West London.
TCES Create Learning
We also welcome Ms Melinda Robbins, our new Head of Service for TCES Create Learning.
TCES Create Learning will benefit greatly from Ms Robbin’s 20 years’ experience of teaching and leadership in alternative education and her extensive work with neurodiverse pupils including those with autism and social, emotional and mental health.
We’re excited to welcome Mr Blake, Mr Rawlinson and Ms Robbins to the TCES family – working together to achieve the best possible outcomes for our neurodiverse children and young people.
